Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position: Key Account Executive (Commercial High End Lighting) - Up to $6,000 + Commission
  • Location: Tagore Lane (Nearest MRT: Lentor MRT)
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6000 Basic + Commission + 14 – 21 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: High-End Commercial Lighting

Responsibilities:

  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
  • Research prospects and generate leads.
  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person, and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Maintain quality service and enforce organization standards.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals and manage the sales process through the sales order processing system.
  • Build and maintain the customer database and meet the monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Hands-on experience in the sales order processing system
