DTB Distribution is a Singapore-based distributor that specializes in omni-channel distribution and marketing of both luxury and consumer beauty and lifestyle brands.
Over the decade, the group has attained strong go-to-marketing expertise across multiple channels - including multi-brand beauty boutiques, perfumeries, department stores, drug stores and online marketplaces.

Driven by the mission of bringing consumers the finest of beauty and luxury brands from all over the world - across niche, prestige and masstige categories, we have since established a comprehensive portfolio of 15 partner brands such as Filorga, Marvis, Isdin, Embryolisse, Acca Kappa, and growing.
Key Account Executive
This role is a critical role within our growing DTB business. You will get the opportunity to manage and grow key accounts, including untapped potential channels locally and regionally.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will get a chance to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
What you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored omnichannel solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to develop account strategies and execute customer requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and joint business planning process with key accounts, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue, sales volume, and profitability, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Act as a product expert, providing clients with indepth knowledge of our offerings and demonstrating how they can meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support key account growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies with an emphasis on offlinetoonline (OTO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain longterm relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively at various levels within a client organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with key accounts.
