Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Provide administrative support for training related matters as follows:

  • Liaise with clients on training schedule for their employees.
  • Arrange training facilitators based on clients' requirements and formalize training schedule.
  • Ensure logistics and administrative arrangement are well planned and in place prior to the start of training.
  • Collate and analyze feedback received from participants.
  • Submit feedback report within the timeline and follow-up on feedback, where applicable.
  • Collate reports from Trainers
  • Administer procurement and process invoices promptly.
  • Maintain records and efficient monitoring of all training sessions.
  • Any other training or administrative related matters which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Singaporean
  • A team player with ability to deliver work in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • A quick learner, able to work independently.
  • Good with Excel.
  • Experience in preferred but OJT is provided as each staff function differently based on the customer(s) requirement and processes.



Work Location

Depot Road (5 days work week)


Salary Budget

$2.5 to $3.2K
