Job Responsibilities:-


•Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material


•Internal & external audit


•Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the

company to facilitate other business operations


•Manage schedules and deadlines


•Manage the organization's certifications (Apply/Renew)


•Generate purchase orders promptly.


•Maintain good relationships and follow-up with suppliers closely.


•In charge of basic IT support to the staff


•Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal


•Other general administration duties as & when required

Requirements:


•Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in full spectrum of Admin Duties preferably in the construction sector


•Must be strong in administrative support/ skills


•Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within the

timeline


•Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with

associates)


•basic IT knowledge will be an advantage
