Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to Maintenance Department.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs.
- Support preparing documentation and reports.
- Assist in regular maintenance inspection and liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement.
- Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Superior organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to the little details.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic qualification or sufficient experience as an Admin in Construction Sector.
