Chief Operations Officer – Global Ops


Our client is a leader in innovative energy solutions, committed to driving the global energy transition with sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective technologies. They are looking for experienced COO to take on operational leadership and manage the global operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and meet business goals, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
  • Ensure robust risk management and contingency planning to mitigate operational disruptions.
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all products and services.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Drive cost management initiatives to optimize operational expenses and improve profitability.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align operations with customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the C-Suite level.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA, Master's in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global operations, supply chain management, and production processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and scale businesses.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
