Sales System Executive_ERP

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and compliance of the Sales Contract System (SCS), providing crucial support for ERP system implementation, and driving the automation of sales reporting processes.
Sales Contract System (SCS) Management- Serve as the custodian of the Sales Contract System (SCS), overseeing the contract lifecycle, including incentive calculations for outlets and credit note generation for distributors.
- Verify all supporting documents related to sales contracts, such as ACRA, Business Analysis Forms (BAF), and other required documentation.
- Prepare, process, and monitor sales contracts while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to address any inconsistencies in contract details or supporting documents.
- Support the deployment of the new ERP system, ensuring it is properly configured and tested to align with sales order workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal, and sales) to troubleshoot issues related to the ERP system and ensure its seamless integration into daily operations.
- Assist the team in adopting and transitioning to the new ERP system by providing guidance and support on its functionalities.
- Spearhead the automation of reporting using Power BI by refining existing reports and developing new dashboards to enhance decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine critical metrics and design customized reports for tracking performance and trends.
- Ensure automation tools continuously evolve to align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Effectiveness, Sales Capability, Sales Systems, or similar domains.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and vendor management skills, capable of collaborating with and influencing colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive, independent, and adept at problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose business challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP system functionalities and prior experience in system deployment is an advantage.
- Highly resourceful, innovative, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), analytics tools (QlikView, Power BI, etc.), and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com, etc.).
