We are a signage manufacturing company at Loyang Drive. We are seeking to employ an Admin assistant / Purchaser.


Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS office & able to converse in bilingual.
  • Able to converse on phone and thru email.
  • Neat & consistent in filing and record.
  • Able to work in fast pace environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • To seek for quotation of regular materials and raise purchase order.
  • To compile all paid and unpaid supplier bills for payment and filing.
  • To key in all supplier invovice for accounts to do GST.
  • Able to work indepently and find ad-hoc products suppliers.
  • Assist to arrange drivers for collections & pick up.
