Job Description:

  • Work closely with case managers to ensure the Client Master Listing is accurately updated after policy inception
  • Perform data cleansing to maintain an up-to-date client database
  • Monitor and manage policy servicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate policy renewals and client communications
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure the Annual Review Pack is prepared promptly for the yearly review exercise
  • Prepare Paid Reports for received commissions
  • Generate and submit accurate and timely reports related to sales illustrations and policy services as required by management
  • Support the integration of the quotation system with the new CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy administration within an insurance brokerage or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy servicing processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and policy management software.
