Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Administration Manager to oversee and streamline marketing operations, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns, budget management, and coordination across teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills who can support the marketing department in planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Support

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Administrative & Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments related to marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of marketing expenses and reconcile budgets with finance teams.

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (design, content, digital marketing) and external agencies to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Oversee workflow management to ensure all projects meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing contracts, partnerships, and compliance documentation.

Data & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and track key marketing metrics, providing reports and insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data and customer insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for marketing campaigns.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, paid ads, and content scheduling.
  • Oversee marketing automation tools and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in updating website content and social media accounts as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
