As a member of the Policy Division, your role involves studying, analysing, and crafting strategic labour policies that address employer needs and specific employee groups of the labour market. You'll dive deep into global and local trends, leverage socioeconomic data to pioneer innovative HR policies. These policies cover a wide myriad of labour topics, from the changing employment relationships to fair employment practices.
You will
- conduct extensive research and analysis to predict how employers will react to proposed employment guidelines and legislations
- utilize cutting-edge methodologies that elevate policy development and foster robust stakeholder engagement.
- deliver comprehensive economic analyses and transform complex manpower issues into visually compelling insights
- collaborate with academic institutions, government bodies, and tripartite partners to shape these insights
