Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer delivers exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries, appointments, and services. The role involves maintaining a welcoming environment, handling customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit to the outlet.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly upon entry and ensure they feel welcome.
    Assist customers with inquiries about beauty products, services, and promotions.
    Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
    Guide customers through product selection, explaining benefits and usage.
  2. Appointment Management: Manage and schedule appointments for beauty services, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients.
    Confirm bookings, send reminders and handle rescheduling or cancellations.
    Coordinate with beauty professionals to ensure smooth service flow.
  3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
    Provide solutions or escalate issues to management when necessary.
    Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  4. Sales Support: Assist in processing payments, handling cash or card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    Maintain customer records and preferences for future visits.
    Follow up with clients post-service for feedback and encourage reviews or referrals.
  6. Outlet Operations Support: Work collaboratively with the beauty team to ensure efficient operation.
  7. Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on the latest beauty products, treatments, and trends to provide informed recommendations.
    Attend ongoing training and workshops to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
