Roles & Responsibilities

Company Overview:
We are seeking a Product/Brand Executive who will play a key role in marketing, product development, sourcing, and brand growth in regional markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and gaming events to promote products and build a strong brand presence.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to engage with target audiences.

Supplier Sourcing & Product Development:

  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers to source high-quality materials for gaming furniture products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design, develop, and refine new gaming furniture products, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.

IP Licensing & Collaboration:

  • Liaise with gaming IP owners and licensors to secure agreements for manufacturing products featuring selected gaming IPs.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and manage the production process for co-branded products.
  • Oversee the development of special edition gaming furniture aligned with popular game franchises and brands.

Sales Channel Expansion & Management:

  • Explore and develop new sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, distributors, and retailers, to expand market reach.
  • Work closely with current business partners to boost sales and explore untapped regional markets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to optimize product offerings and strategies for different regions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-promotions and partnerships with gaming accessory brands.

Product Launch & Campaigns:

  • Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely releases.
  • Organize and participate in gaming conventions, trade shows, and events to promote new products and connect with key stakeholders.
  • Track campaign effectiveness, gather customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights on regional market preferences and tailor marketing and product approaches accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or brand development, preferably in gaming, consumer electronics, or furniture industries.
  • Good understanding of the gaming industry and gaming culture is a plus.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Good track record in digital marketing and brand-building strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
