As the TikTok Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Sunnystep's TikTok presence through organic and paid strategies, driving brand awareness and conversions.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and views.
  • Leverage TikTok analytics to optimize content and posting strategies.
  • Identify new trends, hashtags, and features to capitalize on viral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and brands to amplify reach.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to integrate organic and paid TikTok strategies.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

  • Proven experience growing TikTok accounts successfully.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok's algorithm and best practices for audience growth.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using TikTok analytics and insights tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive measurable results.
