About the team

Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with creators; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content and hosting strategy operation, as a content and author strategy Mid-Platform POC, leads the regional hosting strategy team to regularly review and deconstruct high-quality content on the platform, form content strategies, and evolve into and out of author strategies, thereby influencing and driving more authors, improving platform content quality and author monetization efficiency.
  2. Responsible for activity data operation and activity management. Through the construction, optimization and monitoring of activity data system, better guide the national activity planning and operation work, and improve the Operational Efficiency of activities.
  3. Responsible for user Data Analysis and host management for some national lines, providing support for business data and analysis, helping businesses solve problems related to host transitions and revenue bottlenecks, and data and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above, excellent academic performance, business result driven, outstanding sense of media operation working experience.
  • Data and result driven with strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong cross functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the live-streaming business model is preferred.
  • Having a global perspective and the ability to understand cultural differences across countries.
