Job Scope:

  • Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Assist HR with the onboarding process for new hires, offboarding, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Address general HR-related inquiries from employees.
  • Perform housing inspections of foreign workers' residences and maintain related records.
  • Conduct routine workplace housekeeping inspections and maintain corresponding maintenance records.
  • Support daily personnel tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder & must have a valid driving license
  • Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in Admin administration.
  • A good team player with a responsible and positive working attitude and the ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels.
  • Candidates with no relevant experience but with administrative background will be considered
