Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP HCM projects. You will also provide expert consultancy services, ensure the quality of deliverables, and work towards achieving high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues to ensure smooth operations.

· Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions to meet customer requirements while estimating necessary resources and costs.

· Manage changes to configurable items, including planning, identification, control, and audits of configurations.

· Conduct system reviews and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Develop technical design specifications and translate functional designs into system specifications.

· Create and execute test plans, document results, and ensure overall program quality.

· Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.

· Foster strong project relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

· Strong experience in managing IT incidents and problem resolution.

· Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

· Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

· A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience with SAP HCM implementation or support projects.

· Knowledge of ERP system integrations and best practices.

· Certification in SAP HCM or related modules is a plus.
