We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to optimize processes, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design, implement, and configure SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP system integration and customization.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct end-user training and support to ensure efficient use of SAP systems.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Stay updated on SAP enhancements, updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP implementation and support.
    Experience in specific SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM is preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred):SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional certifications.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, or SAP Cloud Platform is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SAP data migration and SAP Workflow processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, finance, logistics, or human resources.
