Finance Admin Support

- Provide support for finance and related administrative functions within the Finance department.
- Liaise with learners and companies through phone calls and emails in relation to outstanding invoices or other matters.
- Maintain accurate communication records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
- Communicate and work with internal colleagues through email, phone calls or meetings.
- Schedule meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum O level qualification with 4 passes including English
- Minimum 2 years working experience (experience in office environment or customer service related work preferred)
- Bilingual in English / other language
- Meticulous and customer service-oriented
- Good conversational and listening skills
- Customer service oriented
- Presentable
- Motivated, team-player and pleasant personality
- Mature, resourceful, responsible and able to work independently
Duration / Working hours:
1 year contract (With Option to extend )
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am -6pm / Friday: 8.30am -5.30pm
