JOB DESCRIPTION (Admin & Finance Officer)

PHILORE Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Admin & Finance Officer to support our finance and administrative functions in Singapore. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounts management, and general office administration. This role is ideal for an individual looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:

  • Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and tax filings.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
  • ⁠Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain and organize financial and corporate records.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including procurement.
  • Support HR-related admin tasks, such as payroll processing and employee records management.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies procurement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years and above of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administration (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
