Roles & Responsibilities

Account Executive

Maintain full set of accounts

Responsible for month end and year end closing of accounts

Process Payroll and Staff Commissions

GST, CPF and corporate tax submission

Handle invoicing, inventory, AR, AP, staff claims and reimbursement

Other administrative duties necessary

Follow up and process payment and receipt for supplier invoices and Customer Invoice

Any ad hoc duties as assigned

HR and Admin

Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc

Company activity planning and organization

Work pass application

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· At least 3 years relevant experience

· Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player

· Bilingual in English

· Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage
