Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Wholesale Development:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale business plan aligned with BMM Supermarket's overall growth objectives.

* Identify and analyze potential wholesale market segments and opportunities.

* Establish and maintain a robust network of wholesale clients, including restaurants, caterers, and other businesses.

Supplier and Vendor Relations:

* Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing and new suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.

* Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers.

* Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.

Inventory and Logistics Management:

* Forecast wholesale demand and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.

* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of wholesale orders.

* Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock records.

Sales and Business Growth:

* Drive wholesale sales growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

* Develop and manage pricing strategies for wholesale products.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Compliance and Operations:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

* Manage wholesale budgets and control expenses.

* Provide regular reports on wholesale sales performance and market trends.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any field.

* Proven experience in wholesale trade, preferably within the Singaporean food and beverage industry.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of Singapore's food safety regulations and import/export procedures.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to communicate in English.
