Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description:
This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. Commonwealth consultancy Pte. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Trainee will be able to set up and work flow along with a daily SOP

2. Trainee will learn proper management skills and be able to lead a team

3. Trainee will be able to communicate efficiently with other departments on matters that require cross departmental collaboration and will understand the obligations of his role to other departments

4. Trainee will be able to prepare all necessary monthly reports, competitive information sheets, contracts, business correspondence itineraries, common customer complaints report if required

5. Trainee will be able to procure inventory when required and know when the optimal time to re-order will be thus avoiding over and under stocking

6. Trainee will be able to launch marketing campaigns and aid in customer service

Competencies:
1. Establishing operations workflow and oversee day to day operations

2. Leadership and managerial skills

3. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations

4. Data analysis and report writing

5. Running recording systems to track all movements of supplies and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking when neccassery

6. Digital marketing, conventional marketing and customer service
