Sales Assistant / Shift Leader @ 7-Eleven franchise store.


Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills

· Good team player who works well with others

· Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

· Candidates with 2-3 years of similar experience can be considered for shift leader role.

· Candidates to be over 21 years old, to handle tobacco products.


Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Cashiering and other payment services such as bill payment, top up, etc.

· Ensure store shelves, chillers and displays are fully stocked at all times.

· Ensure that the store is kept clean at all times.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.


Benefits:

· Full time: 6 day Work Week (rotating shift / permanent shift), AWS, shift allowance, incentives, staff meal

· Part time: minimum 24-hour work per week

· Shift pattern: 7 am – 3 pm (Day), 3 pm – 11 pm (Swing) and 11 pm – 7 am (Sunrise)

· Shift allowance: $ 5 - $ 10 per day (for Swing and Sunrise shift only)

· Salary

Full - Time: starting from $1850 per month, exclude OT payment and shift allowance.

(Salary dependent on experience)

Part - Time: $10 - $ 11 per hour
