- To perform data entry and ensure all sales orders are processed correctly
- To support the sales team in customer handling when tasked
- To attend to telephone calls and assist in sales enquiries
- To assist in taking orders from clients
- To assist in liaising with the relevant operations department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
- To perform filing and other general administrative duties
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
