Accounts & Admin Assistant / Tampines / Automotive

- Location: Tampines West MRT (15 minutes’ walk from MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and account balances on a regular basis.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare, file, and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
- Handle all aspects of tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure all financial activities are compliant with local regulatory and company standards.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE “O” Levels or equivalent
- Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automotive industry or car workshop setting.
- Knowledge in AutoCount will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of GST and tax regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
