New Car Orders

  • Verify & Create Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSA)/Vehicle Stock/Supercede Order
  • Issue Vehicle Purchase Order
  • Tag Vehicle Stock to Sales Order
  • Update Vehicle Stock Report

Shipment Arrival

  • Upload Vehicle Arrival
  • Submit Duty Payment Request to Customs
  • Update Duty Paid Date/Open Market Value (OMV)

COE Bidding

  • Prepare COE Bidding List
  • Participate on COE Bidding Submission
  • Upload successful Bided COE

Vehicle Registration

  • LTA Vehicle Registration
  • Purchase and Commissioning of On-board Unit (OBU)
  • Issue Vehicle Tax Invoice

Reporting and Others

  • Sales Performance Reports
  • Weekly Forecast/Sales Report
  • Communicate and Co-ordinate with IT department on Improving Working Processes
  • Vehicle Stock Take
  • Ad-hoc Projects Assigned

Requirements:

Minimum A levels and above qualification

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Good in computer skills

Meticulous

5 days work week (Willing to work OT)
