New Car Orders
- Verify & Create Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSA)/Vehicle Stock/Supercede Order
- Issue Vehicle Purchase Order
- Tag Vehicle Stock to Sales Order
- Update Vehicle Stock Report
Shipment Arrival
- Upload Vehicle Arrival
- Submit Duty Payment Request to Customs
- Update Duty Paid Date/Open Market Value (OMV)
COE Bidding
- Prepare COE Bidding List
- Participate on COE Bidding Submission
- Upload successful Bided COE
Vehicle Registration
- LTA Vehicle Registration
- Purchase and Commissioning of On-board Unit (OBU)
- Issue Vehicle Tax Invoice
Reporting and Others
- Sales Performance Reports
- Weekly Forecast/Sales Report
- Communicate and Co-ordinate with IT department on Improving Working Processes
- Vehicle Stock Take
- Ad-hoc Projects Assigned
Requirements:
Minimum A levels and above qualification
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good in computer skills
Meticulous
5 days work week (Willing to work OT)
