Senior Executive/Executive, Payroll

Job Description:
- Oversee daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact of payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims.
- Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity and Childcare Leave as required.
- Attend to Finance queries.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Support various HR/payroll and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related, IHRP Certified Professional preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP Success Factor and BIPO will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing system migrations and implementing system changes.
- Must be resilient and adaptable to changes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
