Our client, a pioneering venture capital firm in Southeast Asia, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Fund Reporting. Renowned for diverse investments across different sectors, the firm has been instrumental in shaping the region's digital ecosystem. This role is not a supervisory one at this stage; instead, it requires an independent contributor who can dive deep into hands-on financial operations, significantly contributing to the firm's growth trajectory, and reporting to the MD of Finance.Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of fund accounting and reporting, which includes computation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for funds, valuation of the portfolio, computation of fees, and diverse accruals.Collaborate with the internal Operations team to integrate new funds into the FIS Investran system.Liaise with the fund administrator to handle accounting and quarterly reporting tasks, including NAVReview and coordinate the processing and analysis of fund expenses.Contribute to the establishment of new policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining all necessary supporting documentation.Generate quarterly financial statements and partner capital statements for specially managed funds.Authenticate bank wire and account transfer transactions for fund’s expenses, management Fees, and money movements for subscriptions, among others.Support the annual external audit process.Skills & Qualifications

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Accounting, Business, Finance, or any related field.A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in fund accounting within the private equity or venture capital sector.A proactive and positive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Workspace, enterprise-grade virtual data room solutions, and CRM systems.This position provides a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and exhibit your leadership skills.
