About:

This key role focuses on the strategic design, delivery, and administration of learning and development (L&D) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of L&D programs, leveraging diverse learning technologies and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of L&D programs, from needs analysis and curriculum design to implementation, delivery, and evaluation. This includes budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization. Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual workshops, and blended learning approaches. Develop and maintain high-quality learning materials.
  • Proficiently manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), including content upload, learner management, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to L&D program effectiveness, such as participation rates, training completion rates, and impact on employee performance. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with overall organizational goals. This includes facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and actively managing communication across teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team as needed, including scheduling, documentation management, and other operational tasks.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a learning and development role, with proven success in designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with stand-up training and facilitation is highly desirable.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.
