Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1) Perform administrative tasks including keeping record of the contracts, Purchase Order, Sales Quotation & other operation documentations , handle incoming call,book hotel etc.

2) Assist in submit Sales Quotation/Contract or purchase order or Delivery Order or other documents when require to our OA System.

3) Handle Procurement tasks including sourcing for materials / hardware / equipment / small tools & others

4) Data entry for stock In/Out daily movement in warehouse & prepare operation & sales reports

5) Handle daily operation matter including coordinate with transporter & clients to arrange transport, schedule delivery to construction site.

6) Any other duties assigned by Director

Requirement

  • Multitasker & has a good eye for detail
  • Honest and Hardworking
  • A motivated, self-starter who has bags of energy; and plenty of initiative with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Initiative & able to work independently and under pressure
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Simple/Advance Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
