Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities;

  • Mixing drinks, make syrups, infusions, tinctures and cocktails of all types to fulfil customers’ orders.
  • Entertain customers while mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged and enjoying themselves.
  • Design quality, innovative new beverages or cocktails menu items using the ingredients that are already supplied by the restaurant.
  • Clean, well-organised and hygiene workplace. Maintaining all sanitation high standard of the restaurant and compliance to local Food & Beverage Regulations, workplace safety and health regulations and Alcohol Laws.
  • Keeping bar well stocked and fully supplied for business operation and rise inventory forms to replace items as needed within company budget.
  • Promo or suggest cocktails and mixed drinks to customers who are unsure about what they want to order.
  • Take correct orders, serve drinks, upsell and collect payment transactions for the orders made by customers.

Skills, Qualifications & Requiremenst;

  • Excellent customer service and good people skills to keep customers entertained by flipping glasses , entertaining movements etc
  • Extensive knowledge of alcohol and cocktails of all types
  • Good verbal communication in English and written skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good physical stamina, handles work pressure and sound decision making.
  • At least two years of bartending or mixology experiences.
  • Professionals who have a bartending license will be advantage.
  • Ability to work with various cocktail-related tools on a daily basis.
