Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Mixologist to join our team in Singapore.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique and innovative cocktail recipes that are both delicious and visually appealing.

You will also be responsible for managing the bar area, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and create new and exciting cocktails that meet customer preferences and expectations
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our beverage offerings and the ingredients used in each drink
  • Maintain an updated inventory of all bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
  • Clean and organize the bar area before, during, and after shifts
  • Train and mentor other bar staff in mixology techniques and drink preparation
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to drink recipes and bar operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to promote the bar and increase sales
  • Stay current with industry trends and attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a highvolume bar or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and the ability to create unique and innovative cocktails
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality drinks and service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Relevant certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
