This role sits with Cuba Libre, our vibrant and popular entertainment establishment in the Clarke Quay, Singapore.


We are looking for a Senior Bartender that will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with proficiency and creativity.


As a Senior Bartender you will:

  • Possess an extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, including classic and contemporary creations, and the ability to suggest and create new cocktails based on customer preferences and ingredients available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate beverage delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and rotation of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the beverage menu, taking into consideration current trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
  • Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring they adhere to high standards of drink preparation, customer service, and bar etiquette.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and communicating ordering needs to the appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Tender or Senior Bar Tender, preferably in a highvolume or upscale establishment.
  • Indepth knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and an extensive understanding of various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact and engage with a diverse range of customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
