Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's IT strategy and operations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in all IT activities and initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient IT services and support. Provide support for projects including proposals, testing and documentation. Participate in tender preparation including documentation and site surveys. Develop IT policies and participate in ISO audits. Develop, implement and maintain software applications for in-house and projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

Degree (Business IT, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or other similar disciplines is an advantage) 8-10 years of relevant IT experience either in application and/or infrastructure including managerial role experience Windows Server 2019/2022 Server administration including AD, DNS, Web Server management, clustering. Network Administration including VLAN technology, setup and configuration of switches (Cisco,Aruba,Dell, others). FortiGate Firewall administration including VPN setup, Web, IP filtering. C# .Net development including technologies such as MVC, microservices, Git. MSSQL Server 2019/2022 Database administration. Knowledgeable on ISO27k certification. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Pro-active and a good team player

Work Environment:

The IT Manager typically works in an office environment but may need to travel to other external sites. The role may require working outside regular business hours to address critical issues or implement system upgrades.
