Service Sales Executive

Our customer an renounce MNC company dealing with heavy automotive company is currently seeking a Service Sales Executive to join their team. The Service Sales Executive is responsible for proactively promoting and selling Companies parts and services. This role is pivotal in meeting commercial and financial targets, thereby contributing to the profitable growth of the Company. The focus is on tapping into the potential of existing rolling fleet customers, approaching them post-vehicle sale to offer additional services and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Promotion and Achievement: Actively promote Company's parts and services to existing and potential customers, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets and financial objectives.
- Customer Engagement and Solutions: Identify and approach rolling fleet customers to discuss their needs and offer value-adding solutions, including selling and renewing contracts such as Repair & Maintenance (R&M), Fleet Management Services (FMS), and driver training.
- Workshop Engagement: Engage with customers who have their own workshops to discuss parts supply and potential takeover of workshop operations.
- Support During Inspections: Provide support and solutions during vehicle inspections by authorities, and address service opportunities during vehicle ownership changes.
- Brand Image and Customer Relations: Uphold and promote a positive brand image for the Company in all customer interactions, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure continued business growth.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather and utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and Customer Service: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Self-Motivation and Proactiveness: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
