About A Space Between

A Space Between is a supportive and inclusive co-practice space for mental health professionals. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for both therapists and their clients. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team and ensure our space remains welcoming, organised, and always running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the space
  • Ensuring the space is always clean, tidy, and presentable, including maintaining pantry supplies
  • Handling all member inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating and running events, tours, and other activities
  • Representing A Space Between as the face of the organisation in content collaterals and tours
  • Working on-site on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with flexibility for tours and events
Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is:

  • An excellent communicator with fluency in both written and spoken English
  • A team player with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining a welcoming space
  • Punctual
  • Confident and charismatic, especially in front of a camera or when interacting with visitors
  • A problem solver with a "can-do" attitude and excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable working both on-site and remotely
Requirements
  • Previous experience in community management or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a Singaporean or hold a valid work pass
