Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate tasks and resources to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and progress, addressing risks and issues proactively.
  • Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to IT best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in day-to-day project activities and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management in IT.
  • Certifications (preferred):PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Certification.
    Agile or Scrum certifications.
Skills
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
