Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Attend business meetings and assist in following up on action items.
  • Support business development initiatives and project tracking.
  • Facilitate the preparation for the new business launch by overseeing logistics, office setup, and the implementation of operational systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure accurate filing and organization of both digital and physical documents.
  • Assist with clinic operations as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred).

  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of clinic management or healthcare operations.
