Part Time Secretary

Job Description
- Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents.
- Updating the file records.
- Handling incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents.
- Managing calendars, court hearings meetings and appointments.
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents.
- Preparing invoices.
- Completing and submitting of claims.
Requirements
- A team player and a meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be hard-working, committed and an ability able to multi-task.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
