Job Description
- Lead a team of 4 members to manage the business growth for the Singapore market.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to contribute to meeting sales targets and profit objectives.
- Responsible for formulating annual sales plan, budget and forecast for assigned channels and developing an action plan to achieve business objectives
- Generate insights and redefine strategy based on sales analysis, the effectiveness of promotional activities and market intelligence.
- Expand sales and distribution channel, including distributor management
- Work closely with retailers and distributor, negotiate and review trading terms and promotion schedule.
- Regular reviewing and improvement of policies and processes and develop a strategic plan
- Prepare regular management reporting
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry for Singapore Market, and leading a small team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
- Strong analytical thinking and management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
