Mega Adventure operates an aerial adventure park - host to the world famous MegaZip – a 450m flying fox over the jungle and beaches of Sentosa Island – as well as a 15 meter free fall simulator, 36 obstacle high ropes course, climbing nets and bungy assisted trampolines.

Job Role Description

Ticket Sales Management:

· Oversee the sale of tickets through various channels (online, OTA, walk-ins).

· Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize sales.

Customer Service:

· Handle customer inquiries and feedback.

· Ensure a smooth and efficient ticket purchasing experience for customers.

System Administration:

· Manage and maintain the ticketing software and systems.

· Ensure the security and integrity of ticketing data.

Reporting and Analysis:

· Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Provide insights to senior management on sales performance and customer preferences.

Staff Management:

· Structure and deliver sales and customer service training programmes, Supervise some 5/6 staff and schedule ticketing personnel.

· Ensure staff are knowledgeable about promotions, events and ticketing procedures.

Financial Management:

· Monitor revenue from ticket sales and ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Manage budgets for ticketing operations.

Compliance and Policies:

· Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies related to ticket sales.

· Develop and enforce ticketing policies and procedures.

Technology Integration:

· Implement and integrate new technologies to improve ticketing operations.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ticketing solutions.

Qualified candidates possess:

  • Minimum 3-year ticketing and retail experience
  • Intricate understanding of attraction or retail business
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and hardworking, with an eye for detail and taking initiative.
  • An energy and passion for being on your feet all day talking.
