  • Ensure timely payment of office rental, utilities bills and tenancy agreement renewals.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies such as pantry groceries, distilled water etc.
  • Coordinate regular service maintenance and repair of office equipment such as copiers, coffee machine and water purifier.
  • Liaise with building management and contractors on office maintenance and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, oversee progress, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.

  • Handle correspondence and provide general administrative support to internal departments and management.

Job Requirements:
