about the job
- Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Supporting to secure sales volume and profit targets
- Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI's
- Manage the price management and sales performance management
- Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability
- Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence
- Planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, andsuccessful public relations
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 14 years of sales & marketing experience in heavy / medium duty vehicle / truck
- Comfortable working in a new setup environment
- Strategic planning and execution
- Conversant in pricing methodologies and building price strategies
- Able to travel overseas for work assignment (30% travelling APAC region)
