We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented jewelry assistant to join our team. Candidates who have a passion for jewelry, gemstones, crystals, and metals with some basic feng shui knowledge will be preferred. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional customer experiences, providing expert knowledge and advice, and managing inventory, company’s website and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by providing expertise and advice on jewelry selection and care.
  • Provide basic feng shui advice.
  • Manage inventory by accurately tracking sales.
  • Manage company’s social media and website.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Handle administrative duties such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing orders and shipments.
  • Ensure all jewelry is displayed properly and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Create and execute promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge or interest in gemstones, crystals, metals and feng shui
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of shopify software and inventory management systems
