Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements
  • Provide Operation support
  • DC Operations & eTRS Operation on 24x7 ( 12hrs shift)
  • Perform request fulfilment toregister customer request etc. Ad hoc / Data Recovery SR) @ DC3 & eTRS.
  • Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
  • Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
  • Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
  • Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre.
  • Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr. based on criticality, impact, and SLA).
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr. if required.
  • Supporting on the withdrawal of Account IDs.
  • Supporting on the research of Software EOS/EOL.
