We are a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) coffee company based in Singapore. Our mission is to bring high-quality coffee products to consumers across Southeast Asia, with a special focus on expanding our presence in the Greater China region.

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Director will lead sales strategies and operations across multiple countries in Asia. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the coffee industry, a deep understanding of regional markets, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in Asian markets.
  • Identify and establish new distribution channels and partnerships within the coffee industry.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the coffee industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for regional markets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the coffee or beverage industry, with a focus on Asia.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the coffee industry, including trends, competitors, and distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Asia.
