Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.

- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.

- Support doctors in language translation when needed.

- Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.

- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.

- Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.

- Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.

- Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).

- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.

- Uniform (white polo-tee) will be provided.

- Annual Wage Supplement and Variable Bonus for eligible employees.


Requirements:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, 'O' Level, ITE, Higher NITEC or Diploma Holders.

- No prior healthcare experience is required as training will be provided (entry-level).

- Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

- Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.

- Must be service-oriented.

- Enjoy working and interacting with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.

- Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.

- Comfortable with working independently or in a team.

- High adapability and good multi-tasking skill in a fast-paced environment.

- Deployment to various Parkway Shenton clinics across Singapore.

- Able to work 44 hours (5.5 days) a week, including weekends and public holidays.
