· Coordinate well with sales, purchaser and production operations teams for customer orders.

· Assist sales to liaise with customers on quotations, orders confirmation, delivery schedules, and any special requests.

· Process and checking customer orders accurately and promptly using Autocount system

· Updating monthly marketing products

· Handle track of rework items

· Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales enquiries maintaining an efficient work environment.

· Able to resolve the issue or discrepancy with sales, purchaser and production team

· filling and follow KPI and SOP

· Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

· Additional advantages point if can do autocad drawing.

· Able to speak in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
