Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales orders and issue invoices and delivery orders for customers
  • Manage customer inquiries
  • Coordinate export shipments, including documentation, lab tests, and shipping labels
  • Maintain service records, generate invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock movement, spare parts, and cleaning products.
  • Assist with stock-taking and receiving deliveries.
  • Handle sample issuance and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • ITE/Diploma
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player who can also work independent

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
